This is my high power led review

I've not used them personally, but generally the opinion around here is no. They always look real good on paper due to spectrums and what not, but they seem to usually fall short of HID in real life from what I've seen. That said I have seen a few ridiculously good grows around here using LED lighting so can't be all bad. So if for some reason though you can't handle a 400Watt HID do to heat or power, then I wouldn't hesitate to use LED just wouldn't be my preferred choice.

At least four Afghan civilians and one US-led soldier have been killed in a bombing outside the southern city of Kandahar, officials say.

The attack occurred Monday morning as a military convoy crossed a bridge between Kandahar airport and the city.

Meanwhile, several US-led service members were injured, a NATO spokesman said without giving further details.

Two other civilians were also wounded in the explosion, a Press TV correspondent reported.

Earlier on Sunday, a bomb blast killed at least 11 Afghan civilians in the southern province of Helmand.

Countless numbers of Afghan civilians have lost their lives since the 2001 US-led invasion and subsequent occupation of Afghanistan.

The increasing rate of civilian fatalities is caused by both US operations in different areas of the war-ravaged country and by militant bombings.

Last month, US warplanes opened fire on three civilian vehicles in Uruzgan province, killing at least 33 people and injuring several other Afghan civilians.

The Afghan government and tribal leaders have repeatedly criticized foreign troops for killing innocent people.

The United Nations said last month that nearly 350 children were killed in Afghanistan last year, more than half of them by NATO forces, mostly in airstrikes.

“In 2009, 346 children were killed,” said Radhika Coomaraswamy, the special representative of the UN secretary general for children and armed conflict.
